Mach One DynoStation Limited Warranty (1 Year)
Effective Date: Applies to DynoStation units delivered on or after the purchase delivery date shown by carrier tracking or Mach One Racing fulfillment records.
1) Warranty Coverage
Mach One Racing warrants the DynoStation to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser (“Warranty Period”).
If a covered defect occurs during the Warranty Period, Mach One Racing will, at its option:
- Repair the product,
- Replace the product (or the defective component), or
- Provide an equivalent remedy as determined appropriate.
2) What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in the product not operating as intended under normal use, including:
- Defective components or assembly issues
- Failures attributable to workmanship during production
- Issues present at delivery or arising from normal use during the Warranty Period that are not caused by misuse or modification
3) What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or minor imperfections that do not affect function
- Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, drops, or improper handling
- Damage caused by improper power sources, incorrect wiring, or use outside intended operating conditions
- Damage caused by liquids, contamination, corrosion, or environmental exposure
- Damage caused by third-party accessories, parts, or peripherals
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
- Shipping damage that occurs after delivery due to improper repackaging by the customer
- Issues caused by failure to follow provided operating or safety instructions
4) Tamper-Evident Seal / Warranty Void
DynoStation includes a tamper-evident sticker/seal.
If the tamper-evident sticker is removed, broken, altered, or shows evidence of tampering, the warranty is immediately void.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Opening the enclosure or attempting internal access
- Modifying internal wiring/components
- Attempting repairs outside of Mach One Racing-approved service

5) How to Obtain Warranty Service
To request warranty service, contact Mach One Racing support and include:
- Order number (or proof of purchase)
- Serial number (if applicable)
- Date of delivery
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos/video demonstrating the problem (recommended)

Mach One Racing may require troubleshooting steps before authorizing a return or repair.
6) Shipping & Handling for Warranty Claims
If warranty service is approved:
- Mach One Racing will provide instructions for return/shipping.
- Responsibility for shipping costs may vary depending on the issue and location; Mach One Racing will confirm details during the claim process.
Products must be shipped securely; damage due to inadequate packaging may not be covered.
7) Replacement / Repair Terms
Repaired or replaced products may use new or refurbished parts that meet performance standards.
A replacement product may be a new unit or an equivalent unit.
Warranty coverage for repaired/replaced items continues for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, unless otherwise required by law.
8) Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mach One Racing is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost race time, lost profits, or data loss)
- Damages resulting from misuse, modification, or unauthorized service
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.

Except as stated above and to the extent permitted by law, Mach One Racing disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
